Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for Osgood-Schlatter-Disease
Osgood Schlatter Disease causes a painful lump where the patellar tendon attaches to the shin bone, just below the knee. Young people usually need to restrict sporting and high impact activities but can be active within their pain limits. Physiotherapy can assist with activity modification, taping and stretching and strengthening exercises, where appropriate.
